Thanks for choosing Y-SOLAR,we hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however if you are dissatisfied with your purchase,please contact us by email :info@y-solar.com  and tell us about the Order Number, Purchase Channel; ID; Payment Transaction ID, the reason for Return/ Exchange / Warranty ,and the Pictures.(Dealers and Distributors,please contact with your sales manager directly).

Or if you want to get some parts to repair by self,  you can also contact us for it.Our staff will send you a RMA Form within 48hours and help you to Solve this issue.

II. 
Return/ Exchange / Warranty for our end users:

1.Return

We accept returns within 45 days after you receive the item.(If there is no receipt date, we can consider the returns period 60 days after you purchased )

All returned items must be in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

1) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 15 days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the period 30 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China, after we receive the item we will offer you the full refund, you don’t have to pay for the postage.

2) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 15-30 days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the date as 30-45 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China,  after we receive the item we will offer you the full refund, but you need to pay for the postage to return.

3) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 30-45 days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the date as 45-60 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China,  after we receive the item we will offer you the partly refund, you need to pay for the postage to return and the original shipping cost is not refunded.


    2.  Exchange 

We accept returns within 60 days after you receive the item.(If there is no receipt date, we can consider the returns period 75 days after you purchase )

All exchange items must be in their original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.

 

1) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 30 days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the period 45 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China, after we receive the item we will send you a new item, you don’t have to pay for the postage.

2) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 31-45days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the date as 46-60 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China,  after we receive the item we will send you a new item, but you need to pay for the postage to return.

3) If  the item get faulty after you receive the item within 46-60 days (If there is no receipt date, we consider the date as 61-75 days after you purchase ), please help us send the item back to China,  after we receive the item we will send you a new item, you need to pay for the postage to return and the  new shipping cost for we send it to you.


3.  Warranty

If  the item get faulty after you receive the item 60 days, we just offer you the  warranty .The customs need to pay for the postage for return and the resending.

After we receive the item, the new item will be send within 7 workdays.

Usually we send the item by Air mail post, it take 15-30 days to be in your hand.

If  you need send the item by express delivery, we will check the postage for you.

You can decide the shipping way.

 

 

4.  The following items are not accepted for Warranty : 

1) Items that have been damaged by accident, negligence, abuse or improper use

2) PV or load current exceeding the ratings of product.

3) Damage results from acts of nature such as lightning, weather extremes

4) Irreclaimable mechanical damage.

5)  Items lacking accessories and original packaging

6) Purchase that do not have quality issues

7) Merchandise that exceeded the returns time frame

8) Not sold by our company(Please contact with our dealer and distributors)

 

 

III. For our dealers and distributors

1.Replacement and repair :

This Warranty Produce is designed to offer consistent, fast and easy to use warranty replacement support to our dealer and Distributors.

Our solar charge controllers are warranted to be free from defects for a period of  One(1) or Two (2) years from the date of shipment to the original end user. We will, at its option, repair or replace any such defective products.

2.Solutions:

1) Warranty replacement request:Return the defective product to us with shipping charges prepaid if problem cannot be solved, the replacement item(brand new) will be dispatched in the new order.

2) Technical support,YSmart Tech offers the electronic parts and technical documents to our dealer for replacement and repairing the product,the parts will be offered in dealer’s next order,if dealer want to get the parts faster,dealer needs to pay the shipping cost.

3) Other,communicate with our sales manager.


3.The following items are not accepted for Warranty :
